David Sieptowski was extremely unhappy working on commission and not having a steady income. "Some paychecks would be good, some would be bad", he states.
Dave wanted to get started on a new career that really interested him and after careful thought, he choose to enroll in the Paralegal program at Branford Hall Career Institute in Southington, CT.
Dave was excited to go back to school, understanding it was normal to be a little nervous. "Everyone gets apprehensive about a new endeavor, but I thought of it as an adventure and an opportunity for a new career. I was ready to give it 100% in order to succeed.”
What helped Dave feel most comfortable at school were his fellow classmates. He was pleased to find out that many of the other students were just like him, dissatisfied with their present career and wanting to succeed. "We all knew what we wanted from the program and we pushed each other to do our best," he expressed.
After graduating and getting an extraordinary recommendation from his externship site, Dave was hired with the Housing Session at the Superior Court in Bridgeport, CT. “I look forward to going to work each day. It's a good feeling.”
Dave also expresses, "Branford Hall Career Institute increased my life choices, allowing me to go into any field of law. I am confident that I am a trained and competent professional, making me an asset to any firm or company I may work for."
